FEES

Currently, my standard rate for services is $120.

Payment is due at the time of service.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

I accept several payment options for clients with or without insurance.

Cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

CLIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE OR CHOOSING OUT OF NETWORK

A sliding fee scale is available based on financial need.

If you choose to use your out of network insurance that would require a superbill – contact me.

CLIENTS WITH INSURANCE

When working with insurance -  your payments are subject to deductibles, copayment/co-insurance, and insurance claim payments.
